The business data uploaded by users may include SKU, price, inventory, sales, promotion, supplier or store business information; business objectives, competitor source descriptions, consultant model descriptions and expert identifications may also involve commercially sensitive information. The system is only used to generate business strategies, basis files and audit records within this site, and does not claim to synchronize data to external production systems. Current 10 role review supplement: Uploaded business data, business goals, competitor sources, consultant model descriptions and expert identifications should all be treated as commercially sensitive information. ; Describe the purpose of data, minimum necessary fields, retention/deletion boundaries, and export risks before uploading; non-essential fields such as suppliers, stores, and customer personal information are not required by default. ; The export report must indicate that it may contain commercially sensitive information and retain descriptions of missing sources, unverified revenue, and external system boundaries. ; All projects, files, records, runs, approvals, exports and rollbacks must be isolated from the workspace_id server by site_id; cross-workspace access should be denied and audited. ;CSV/XLSX files must not be exposed as public static resources; parsing errors and logs must not echo sensitive business data.

RETENTION

Data retention

Project data, uploaded file analysis results, strategic recommendations, impact assumptions and expert review records are retained by project; the project administrator can delete the project. After deletion, the site reports and workflow status cannot continue to be used, and the audit exports must be managed by the user.

Human responsibility and rollback

This product generates retail operation decision support suggestions that may affect price, promotion, inventory and profit judgments. All suggestions need to be reviewed by personnel or experts with business authority before being implemented in an external business system; this product does not guarantee an increase in profits, nor does the promotional goal be regarded as a verified result.

Rollback only means withdrawing or restoring the strategy recommendation version, expert review record status, report chapter and workflow status in this site; since this product is not connected to external production systems, rollback does not mean and cannot claim to have restored any configuration in ERP, POS, e-commerce backend, inventory system or price execution system.
